PERSONAL MASK USAGE:
Make adjustments to elastic etc. for a better fit, if needed.
Store only clean masks in a ziplock.
Open bag, then wash hands before taking clean mask out to put on.
Wear the side with the opening for the filter against the face.
ALWAYS wear the same side against the face.
Wash/dry mask after wearing.
Wash hands before moving mask from washer to dryer.
Wash hands before placing clean mask back into ziplock.
Do not use mask for long hours.
When you wear it, do not touch inside of mask. Remember, it’s something you put on your face, it must be washed.
Don’t share your mask with others...unless newly washed.
Homemade masks are NOT medical masks. It won’t block viruses. It will prevent you from spreading spittle and protect you from the spittle of others.
Masks are made with either elastic or ties, nose wires for a snug fit, and filter pockets.
Filters can be folded paper towels, dried up baby wipes, unbleached coffee filters.
Be sure to change filters when washing masks.
